Past community programmes

2011-2016: Collaborated with the HKFWS Artiste Training Alumni Association Jockey Club Tseung Kwan O Youth Square to promote healthy use of the internet education through game booths.

2011-2016: Joined the “Fall/Winter Sheung Wan Promenade” along the section of Morrison Street and Wing Lok Street to educate on healthy use of the internet through games and promote the service to residents of the Central and Western District.

2012-2016: Organized a number of parents and students events with Hong Kong Baptist Church Good Neighbour Chapel to educate on parenting for App Generation and promote learning through internet.

2016 Aug: Organized “Healthy Use of Internet Community Booth” at Ma On Shan, Kwai Fong and Tseung Kwan O, to promote positive use of internet to facilitate family relationship through games and exhibitions plus providing service support during summer break.

2016 Jul: Joined “Central and Western District Youth Programme”, a batch of P3-P6 students were trained in “the Junior Net Ambassador Scheme” and equipped with knowledge on cyberbullying, healthy Internet use and communication skills to organize the game booth. The Junior Net Ambassador had good team spirit and their outstanding performance won second-runner up in the “Game Booth Design Competition”.

2015 Dec: Joined Hong Kong Council of Social Service “Digital Integration Carnival” at Cyberport for public education on positive internet use, common online risks and handling through game booth and exhibitions.

2015 Nov: Joined PYNEH Day “Community Collaboration Carnival” to introduce internet addiction, enhance awareness on positive time use and promote support services.

2015 Aug: “Healthy Use of the Internet Community Booth” was set up at Locwood in Tin Shui Wai, to promote the message of “Stop Cyberbully” and positive internet use attitude to families through games and exhibitions, plus providing support service during summer holiday.

2015 Feb: The “HealthyNet Couplet” was distributed at Fu Tung Estate and Yat Tung Estate in Tung Chung and the service was introduced to parents.

2015 Jan: Joined the Western Wholesale Food Market Cum Carnival to promote healthy use of the Internet and the service among residents of the Central and Western District through game booth and publications.

2014-2015: The “Smart Online Project” was funded by Office for Film, Newspaper and Article Administration (OFNAA) to provide class programme demonstrations and teacher trainings in over 10 secondary schools to promote “Healthy Use of the Internet – Educational Kit for Secondary School” and enhance teachers’ understand of the “Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance” (COIAO), which to facilitate school in internet safety promotion and positive value building.

2014 Nov: Set up a HealthyNet booth at Tin Shui Wai Park, which included educational exhibition, game booths, and parent consultation station to facilitate the residents of Yuen Long District to have better understanding on the healthy use of the Internet and time management during weekend family time to serve as local education and service promotion.

2014: Received kind support from Hewlett Packard HKSAR Limited, with 10 sets of computers donated to HKFWS for the purpose of training and sent volunteers to serve as instructors of computer courses.

2014 Mar: Organized “Home with Gen APP Sharing cum Healthy Net Slogan Competition Award Ceremony” at Queen’s College, invited Professor Wong Yu-Cheung, parents and students as sharing guests.

2012 Jun: Collaborated with the Caritas Mok Cheung Sui Kun Community Centre to put on a carnival and set up dozens of games booths for the residents of the Central and Western District.

Received kind donation of the following admission tickets for service users:
Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park, Book Fair, Computer & Communications Festival, drama show etc.
